Greetings Fellow Culinarians,
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
I hope everyone had a safe and happy New Year celebration, because it’s time to start all over again.
The chapter once again has a busy year planned, with a variety of educational programs for our general meetings, as well as our line up of community events.
I would like to personally congratulate the new officers elected to the board, and look forward to working with them in the next couple of years.
This year we will be partnering with the Orlando Culinary Academy to host a number of our general meetings, and provide us with kitchens to hold some cooking demos for our members. I hope all of you; students and active members alike are able to take advantage of this opportunity.
Following our first general meeting in February is the ACF Southeastern Regional conference being held in Williamsburg, VA. I hope some of you are able to attend. It’s great to have a Central FL contingent on hand.
The board would also like to welcome all the new members to the chapter, and hope to be able to see all of you at a general meeting. Please check the website, as our meeting and general information is updated quite often.
